Is Dean Graziosi Legit?

Are you a teenager looking for creative ways to make money?

Dean Graziosi. I see this guy selling real estate all over the Internet. I see him on my Facebook newsfeed, I see him in my youtube ads, I see him even on infomercials, on TV. Now everyone knows if you want to be successful in business, you need to follow a proven plan is the best way to go. But does this guy actually have something of value to offer or is he just a charlatan? Now I go in depth and I actually look at things and I'm going to analyze it in this video right here. Let's go.

So, Dean Graziosi, you may have seen his infomercials, his Facebook ads, his Youtube ads. First off, let me know in the comments which sort of ad of his that you saw. Okay, Youtube, Facebook or infomercial. But this guy is all over the place and he's selling some real estate system and I did a little bit of more in-depth research into what he's doing, what he's selling, and I'm going to break down whether he's a legitimate person with a legitimate course that legitimately helps people or not.

First thing first. I'm going to back up and tell you just a little background on this guy so we understand his background now from my research, from what I was able to gather, he's from upstate New York, the small town started off as a used car salesman. He's been selling used cars since he was very young and I guess he did pretty well at selling a used car. He was a great salesman, right? You know, he's on all these ads and what he moved towards was he moved towards investing some of his money in real estate by the time he was in college, but he was investing in cheap, very cheap real estate, trying to spend as little money as possible and whatever.

Now, from what I gather, his entire life changed when he went to Tony Robbins, which is something I really give him credit for. Tony Robbins helped me sort of make decisions that would change my life. You know, I've attended his events, I'm a big fan of his. Here's where things get interesting though, is after Tony Robbins, he started teaching people how to avoid used car salesman tricks and he taught people how to get the best deals in buying used cars. So he started selling the shovels so to speak. He started selling the information rather than selling the cars themselves.

Now as this progressed, he started actually selling how to do real estate and what he sells is called wholesaling. Wholesaling is basically your buying what's called distressed properties, which are really cheap, beat up. Think inner city distressed properties. You're getting a contract on them basically, you are a middleman. You finding somebody who is interested in selling their old kind of crappy house and then you find somebody who's interested in buying that house and fixing it up. Okay, so you need investors and you need sellers. Basically, wholesaling is responsible for all those signs you see around town, which says we buy ugly houses. How many people here have seen those signs that say, we buy ugly houses or will buy a house for cash? All those signs are for people that are wholesaling. They're trying to find people willing to sell their house because they're going to get somebody to invest in that house and upgrade it.

Now, I haven't actually been through one of Dean's programs. I did a lot of research on him and from what I gather, this is a legitimate way to make money with real estate and Dean's programs do help people. And just from my personal sort of understanding of what Dean is selling, because I've seen these signs, which is marketing that he encourages people to do in every single city around the US which is sort of ‘guerrilla marketing.' I imagine it works because you don't see that many people doing that many signs for that many years if it didn't work. Now that being said, putting up ‘guerrilla marketing' like that, pasting it to the street signs and stuff. I don't know how much that necessarily abides by city laws for marketing. I'm pretty sure you need permits, you need to pay for advertising in public spaces. But that being said, I don't know how bad that is because it isn't hurting anyone necessarily. So my judgments are mixed on that.

Recently he has partnered with Tony Robbins and they are releasing a course together about starting a mastermind which is really interesting. It's called the perfect mastermind formula or secret or something like that. This is actually pretty interesting because I'm slightly skeptical of wholesaling because it does or encourages things that may not abide by city laws and it also sounds very risky to be a middleman for large purchases. Even cheap houses, cost $100,000 what he's doing with Tony Robbins sounds particular interesting for me and is one of the reasons why I started looking him up because he's teaching people how to form their own mastermind groups and surround yourself with people that can help you solve a big issue in your personal life, your financial life.

If I find the link to their program, I will include it somewhere on this video or in the description, but that sounds interesting. Now I probably will get access to that course when it does come out or when I get a hold of it and I will do a full review of that. But that is my analysis of Dean Graziosi if he's legit.

Now, if you have any comments or if you have any insight into Dean Graziosi, if you've personally been through any of his programs or know more about his partnership with Tony Robbins, please post a comment below this video because I'd like to hear from you and I'd like to hear your insight. I'm sure others would, about whether he's legit or not, and how his programs work, etc.

How To Transfer Domain To Bluehost

Ever wonder How To Transfer a Domain To Bluehost? Master digital marketer John Crestani explains…

Transferring a domain is so mind-numbing and domains are the basis of running an internet business. Well in this video I'm going to be showing you how you can transfer a domain into or out of Bluehost, which is my recommended hosting provider. And I'll show you step by step very simply.

Come on, come on, come on. Let me show you exactly how you transfer a domain into or out of Bluehost. Now, websites, I'm not going to go into it. If you're looking up Bluehost, you know websites are the basis of having an internet business.I'm going to be showing you just how to transfer a domain out of the main hosting provider I use. So it's easy for you. You know, it's a complicated thing. Now, first off, Bluehost is a domain host and provider or registrar. Meaning you can buy domains there and you can also have it hosts domains, which means it's actually the computers that are serving your website out to the world are on Bluehost. The first thing I want to just kind of disclaim about this entire process is things sometimes change interfaces change. So always Google things first to get the best up to date information.

So I'm going to be showing how to transfer a domain out of Bluehost first and then I'll be showing you how to transfer a domain into Bluehost. So here I am logged into Bluehost. Okay. And this is where you know I have a this is my demo account. This is one of my domains. Learnet.com. Now to transfer a domain, what I want to do is I want to go to this, see this domains area right there, and then I'll click on that. And really it's pretty easy. You just go down to this transfer button right here and that's all. We're kind of do click transfer. Now you see I have registered this domain through Bluehost, which Bluehost uses Tucows, domains in or something like that. But basically, this is through Bluehost. So as you see it's already unlocked.

My domain transfers unlock and all I have to do is click initiate transfer now to start initiating the transfer. So if I click that, it'll bring me to a screen. It's telling me I have to wait 35 days to transfer my domain. So that's one kind of caveat to this whole thing is if you haven't owned your domain for very long, you're going to have to wait a few days to actually transfer your domain. And this is a security precaution because Internet fraud is a huge thing. People taking over other, people's, so this has done for your benefit, but as it says, I can wait 35 days to transfer my domain if I wanted to.

Now I'm going to show you how to transfer your domain from another registrar over to Bluehost. So the first thing you really want to do is you want to look up, you actually want to Google it every time.

There are a million domain registrar you can use Godaddy, you can use eNom you can use million and one (1,000,001), you know, let's look up, you know, top domain registrars. The list is absolutely ginormous, okay. Domain.com, Namecheap, Hostgator, Name.com, Register.com, OnePlusOne. It's out of control. But what you do is you would just search how to transfer my domain out of, Iet says eNom. Enom another one I use. Basically, just search that and generally speaking you can find an article. The best thing to do is find an article from the actual company itself because as times change you'll find articles that are old or new or whatever, and I suggest you keep all of your main domains in one place. You know, I keep all of my domains on Bluehost because Bluehost is the main thing I use to run my internet business.

So right here I'm just going to click that and you'll see literally just follow the step by step instructions. Now if the step by step instructions do not help, make sure you always contact support. I know this sounds obvious, but make sure your email, make sure you call because this can be a sometimes complicated process. I just want to give you kind of the tools to do things. Now as you see it has the steps right here. So I'm going to log into my eNom right now and we can go to, we would click for this domain registrar I will go to domains and click domain transfer right there. So I'd need to get the domain name and the authorization code from, the particular domain that I want to get. Now I have hundreds of domains on Enom so I don't want to go through them all right now if you understand. But the point being there are step by step instructions on everything and that's how you transfer a domain. It comes down to googling it, unlocking your domain and going through the steps and then contacting support if you need any other help.

Hope this was a helpful video. If you are looking to register a domain or move your domain a domain to Bluehost, feel free. How Much Do Social Media Agencies Charge?

How Much Do Social Media Agencies Charge? John Crestani explains…

This damn social media agency wants to charge me all this money. I don't know. Is it worth it? Oh, I work with eight of them and I'm going to tell you how much social media agencies charge, whether you are a social media agency or whether you want to become one. I will list out what's fair here.

so I've been on both sides of the equation. I've been a social media agency charging clients and I've also, I employ seven different social media agencies right now who are charging me. So I'm going to speak from experience on both sides of the equation as to what social media agencies can charge. And I'm going to use a lot of real-life examples from the money I'm paying out in my business right now. So I actually have it all listed right here in my notepad just for your guys' convenience and go over everything from setup fees to monthly charges to whatnot. Now first off, I'll speak from my own experience as a social media agency. I was managing Facebook ads for clients. This is years ago, back in 2013 and 2014 till I got rid of my clients. This is mainly for ad management. Okay, keep that in mind.

I was charging anywhere from $500 a month up to $10,000 a month to manage Facebook ads for companies. Basically the same service. Just I was charging different clients more money. Now the way I set things up is I would charge clients, maybe I charge them some sort of setting up fee. Usually, it was $1000 to $5,000 a month set up fee. And then I charge them a base, which is anywhere from $1000 to $10,000 a month or 15% of spent, whichever is greater. So if a client was spending $100,000 a month, I would charge them $15,000 a month for managing their ads. And I justify that by saying that takes more time to manage bigger spends, which is sorta true, sort of not, but uh, many agencies have a sliding scale where they'll adjust the percentage of spend downwards as the spend increases.

Now I'll speak from my experience of employment agencies and I'll speak about all the different agencies I employ in my business right now. I'll speak about the ones that are doing social media for me that are doing ads management and that are doing even development and support. And I'll list out what I'm paying each of them.

And by the way, I'd love to see if you could write in the comments whether you are coming to this video as an agency that is looking to figure out how much to charge people or a prospective agency or if you're coming to this video as a client or a prospective client that's trying to understand how much you should be charged. So whether you're an agency or client, if you could list it in the comments, that will be info for me to understand and I could cater these videos more.

So first off, Youtube, I'm sitting here on Youtube, I'm working with an agency to edit and post my videos and shoot my videos and all that jazz. And I'm paying my agency $8,000 a month right now to do all of my youtube postings. Okay. That doesn't include the expenses of travel and all that stuff. That's $8,000 I think it was like a three-month deposit or something like that. Youtube ads agency was interesting because it was a 12-month commitment and they say to have to pay for my first and my last month upfront and I thought that was very interesting because it sets a standard that you're going to be working together for a year or else you forfeit that last month's payment. Which I think is very smart and it incentivizes people against ever leaving, which I would have done that in my own agency if I had known about that.

The next agency I'm paying for is he manages Google advertising for me. He does Google ads and Google display and searches ads and some Facebook remarketing. I'm paying them a $3,000 a month and that's month to month. The next agency I am a working with this person does affiliate management for me, meaning they are supposed to be reaching out to affiliates or prospective affiliates to market my product for me and they're also managing those relationships and I'm paying that person $2,000 a month to find more affiliates for my product month to month. The next agency I'm working with, I'm paying $700 a month to and I just started with them, very excited about them. This person is based in Slovakia and they're managing my youtube advertising for me, that's $700 does not include the advertising. Of course, neither did any of the advertising agencies, but they will basically set up and managing my youtube advertising for me. $700 a month, month to month post pay, no setup fee. I just pay him after they've been working for me for 30 days.

The next agency I'm working with does Facebook ads and they charge me a setup fee of $2,000 and thereafter it's $3,000 a month or 15% of spend, whichever is greater. Next Agency is $2,500 a month, $500 set up month to month service SEO agency. Next agency I'm working with sets up my Facebook messenger, my autoresponder on Facebook messenger called Many Chat. They set up a sequence for me for 1200/ $500 one time fee. I'm working with an agency that manages my support, which charges me $40 an hour. I prepay them $5,000 and that gets credited to my account as time is used. And the other agency I'm working with is a development agency, which I pay $5,000 and they credit me $75 an hour. Both those agencies I'm spending roughly $5000 to $10,000 a month with. So those are actually, you just got an outlay of some of the major expenses of my business.

So are some of the major expenses in my business. And I hope this was useful to you whether you were an agency or a client, if you could post, and that would actually be really helpful to me and let me know if you took something away from this or if you have any questions for me about working with agencies or what you should price things at, etc. Obviously, I have a lot of experience from both sides of the equation and I'd love to help you out. $2901 on Clickbank by a 19 Year Old in 2 Weeks!

$2901 on Clickbank by a 19 Year Old in 2 Weeks!? One of John Crestani's students explains how…

Hey, guys, this is Darrell there, you might know me from my channel Darrell Jones. Where I teach you how to make money with Clickbank, but I just want to show you guys what's possible. When you stay consistent, you invest in yourself and you follow the right mentor, man. Those three are extremely important when you're doing anything in life, not just business, anything in life. So I've been following John Crestani for a while now and he taught me everything I know basically about online marketing and affiliate marketing specifically. So as you can see, I'm in my Clickbank account and I'm going to refresh the page so you know everything's legit. So you know I'm not hiding anything. This is live right now so, as you can see, everything stayed the same. So you know everything's legit. I'm not faking any of these stats. So, as you can see, over the past two weeks, I've earned well over $3,000 on Clickbank.

Like this week I made $ 954, this one I made $608, this one I made 391, 1900 and then this week right here I'm about to get over $1,000. But it hasn't always been this way. Like I've been through the struggle myself. I'm only 19 years old. I grew up with a single mom. I didn't go to college, man. So I'm just a regular person just like you. You might be watching this video, you haven't seen results yet Clickbank. You haven't seen results yet with affiliate marketing or making money online yet. And I just want to tell you guys to invest in yourself and follow the right mentor because a lot of YouTubers out there are not teaching the right information. And John Crestani is like one of the only few people I really follow.

And I actually took his training myself and that's how I'm able to produce the results that I'm making now. But I just want to show you guys last year real quick. So you know that I've been through the struggle myself. This wasn't an overnight success, man. I promise you it wasn't. It took me over a year to get to this point. And what I learned was like the training will shortcut your success tremendously, man. So, as you can see last year I only made $183 ($53, $94, $33) for the whole week. So I've been through the struggle myself and before it is, it took me a year to even get my first sell on Clickbank. So it took me a lot of trial and error and you got to invest in yourself and follow the right mentor, man. Because I was just following everyone trying out everything and a lot of the methods did not work for me. So that's extremely important.

And another thing, man, you got to stay consistent and stay patient because I know a lot of you guys out there haven't seen results yet and everyone around you doesn't believe in you because you have no proof yet. So it's hard for you to explain it on what you're trying to do. And you want to be an entrepreneur, but you have no proof yet. So I just want to tell you guys to stay patient because like I said, it took me a year to get my first sell on Clickbank and it took me eight months after that to get my first thousand dollars ($1000)a week but now they believe in me now. So you just got to stay patient and believe in yourself. Follow the right mentor and you can do it, man. Stay patient, stay hungry and keep working.

Does Amazon Affiliate Marketing Work?

Does Amazon Affiliate Marketing Work? Who better to ask than Affiliate marketing master, John Crestani.

Does Amazon affiliate marketing work? I am going to answer that question in this video and I'm going to show you what does work and I'll be showing you a few examples of products you can sell and make insane commissions using Amazon affiliate marketing. Let's get it

Amazon affiliate marketing is the biggest affiliate network out there. It's also one of the ones that offer the lowest commissions. Now, I personally advise people get started with affiliate marketing on Amazon just to understand how it works, but you might be wondering, does it actually work to make you a lot of money? Most cases, no. Okay, and I'm going to go over what does not work in Amazon affiliate marketing, but it does work and there are people earning full time, substantial millions of dollars a year income from Amazon. And I'll explain to you what that is. I'll also be showing you some examples on my computer of what you can do to make Amazon work. So first of all, what doesn't work? Selling books, you're going to make most products on Amazon. You earn 3% to 5% commission on. That's not a lot of money. You're not going to be a millionaire selling books and earning 30 to 50 cents on, so no category goes books.

Almost everything under a thousand dollars actually is not a good choice for selling as an affiliate on Amazon. So what does work well, basically anything over $1,000 and I'll be showing you examples of these here, so things that work over $1,000 or things such as cameras, drones, VR gear, virtual reality gear, generators, high end vacuum cleaners, and all sorts of other very expensive products that you can't really find in any other affiliate network.

Now let's go on my computer and I'll show you some examples of the products that you can sell on Amazon as an affiliate and make a lot of money. Okay, so here I am on Amazon, and if we search for stuff like Nikon Camera, we'll see there are all sorts of products here. It's $649 that means if you earn even 5% commission, you're earning 30 some bucks on this camera equipment.

Now, if any of you are familiar with the mega youtuber Casey Neistat, the way Casey Neistat made most of his first money when he was youtube being was actually through affiliate marketing for cameras on Amazon. He put all of the links to his recommended camera equipment, his drones, his tripod, his gorilla arms stuff, all that stuff, all of his lenses as affiliate links on his youtube channel. And that's how I made a lot of money because when he began, the reason we're following Casey Neistat was that he was amazing at videography. The videos that he does are still does are absolutely beautiful and he's really good with his equipment and editing and all that stuff. So that's why people followed him in the beginning and that's how he made money. Other things you can sell from high ticket items on Amazon include stuff like vacuum cleaners.

If we look at vacuum cleaners, I mean this is hundreds of dollars, but you can find vacuum cleaners for thousands of dollars. And let me show you an example. If we look at best vacuum cleaners, which I just did a search of here, we'll see there are top five vacuums. The first result is an ad top five vacuums of 2019 vacuum buyer's guide, best reviews, and it takes us to this site and we see there's a Dyson Vacuum, a Hoover Vacuum, a Shark Vacuum, and all of these you can't purchase on amazon.com now these are all affiliate links and what this company is doing is they are buying ad space. Maybe they're spending about a buck and they're hoping that if you're looking for the best vacuum cleaner, you'll buy one of these and they'll make let's say 30 bucks because you bought a vacuum cleaner through them and they made their affiliate commissions, so they spend a buck to make 30 great idea.

The one other instance where Amazon affiliate marketing works are when you have insanely high volume, it can be of cheap items, but let me do a search here in Google for best baby diapers for a newborn girl, a very reasonable search. Probably many people do every day. Now here we get 11 best diapers of 2019 now this is just an average blog, right? They don't actually sell anything. They're not going to profit from you. It's just mom helping a mom, right? Well, maybe, maybe not. If we go to this site, the first thing we see is our editors, independent, blah, blah, blah, blah. We may receive commissions on purchases made from our chosen links, and if we see here, there are 11 links from Amazon, and guess what? Every link has, it has their affiliate id. Right there on every one of these links is their affiliate id and what we can see is their affiliate id is very well family dash 20 that's their affiliate id.

Amazon affiliate marketing, in summary, Works in two cases. Either you are selling extremely expensive products that are generally speaking over a thousand dollars or at least over a couple hundred or in cases where you're doing massive volume, you have millions of mothers looking on Google for the best baby diapers, and in this case, this person has just hundreds of links to Amazon on her site with all of the best baby stuff. Look, Amazon Link, Amazon link we have Walmart affiliate link. Okay, so this person is using a combination of Amazon and Walmart affiliate links so you have a crazy volume or you're doing selling stuff with crazy prices. Those are the cases where it works. Hope this was helpful.

I hope you learned something from this video on whether Amazon affiliate marketing works, if you are looking for more profitable affiliate programs to join and be a part of, I suggest you subscribe to my channel and hit that notification icon and when you subscribe. You'll be given instant access to a free affiliate marketing course on Youtube, totally free. That'll tell you more about what I do and how affiliate marketing works. Also, I suggest you like it; this video, if you got some value from it and leave a comment of what you'd like to see me talk about next in my next video. See you later.

Doing Business On The Internet Opportunities And Pitfalls

Doing Business On The Internet: Opportunities And Pitfalls

Should you even start an internet business? Now there's a lot of positives to starting an internet business, but there's also a lot of pitfalls and negatives of starting an internet business. And I'm going to go over the pros and the cons of starting an internet business in this video, and I'm going to show you proof on my computer

so starting an internet business is something millions of people all over the world want to do. I don't ever hear people talking about what are the negatives of starting an internet business as well because for all the positives out there, there are real negatives and if you're looking to get into this business or industry should be aware of them. I'm going to go over here check out my whiteboard. And the pros I think are obvious if you're watching this video, probably already aware of some of them.

One is time and location freedom are huge positives of running an internet based business. You can work whenever you want, and you can work wherever in the world you want. Now maybe you want to be a Digital Nomad and travel the world. And experience all these things. Or maybe you want to be able to just wake up whenever and take a week off, take a month off, take a long time off and have that freedom to just be a person and be free internet businesses.

100% allowed to do that. You can't do this in other businesses. You know, whether that's an MLM, whether that stock trading, whether that's real estate, whether that's freelancing or coaching, whatever that is. You don't have that sort of freedom that Internet businesses allow you to have it's amazing. Another huge positive is you have immediate and you have very large profit potential. You can make billions as an internet business owner. Basically, the world is yours, however much money you want to make you can make it on the Internet.

So you might be asking yourself, okay, what are the negatives? You know, like you have ultimate freedom, you have all the money you want. How can there be any negatives? There are, let me discuss some of the negatives right here. The first negative is probably something, it's, it's sorta derived right from this. It's a big one you're probably aware of, starting an internet business is unbelievably competitive. You're competing against people all over the world to get it. People want that freedom. People want that profit and people out there oftentimes they may be willing to work harder than you. So if you're not a hard worker, if you are not going to invest in learning, if you are not going to be willing to try and fail, if you're not going to be willing to learn new skills, it's going to be hard for you to compete against all of the other people out there that are willing to make it the dream.

We have the dream right here that everybody wants. It's going to be competitive to get it, but you can get it. But you have to realize it's competitive and being lazy, taking days off, making excuses, getting into your emotions, getting angry or blaming other people for your failures is not going to work out. I mean, I'm not gonna use harsh language here you can't be a pussy and start an internet business. It's a competitive space.

Also, another thing about Internet businesses is for unskilled labor pays nothing. No skills you get nothing. I'm going to show you how little amount of money you can make if you don't have any skills. So here we are. I just searched Amazon Mechanical Turk, and this is a marketplace where you can get jobs that don't pay you really anything. It's for people who are completely unskilled labor. Now, I just clicked on Amazon Mechanical Turk, and this is a whole marketplace of jobs that require no skills. So here I am and here's my worker Id. Again, you're just a number online and I'm looking at a group of 900 jobs. Now here's a job I can accept called verifying object boundaries. Takes no skills for being a human.

It doesn't pay a lot of money to be an unskilled human. Look how much money you can make, 12 cents to do this job. Now let's look at what this is. Now, what this job is, it can take up to, it says up to 60 minutes and you'll get 12 cents for the task. That's crazy. And what you're doing is you're verifying objects. So let's look at here. There's a horse, right? So you will be basically drawing align around a horse for your jobs. And I'm doing it right here and that's your job. And for 60 minutes you don't get paid much. You get paid like 12 cents. It's incredible how little you can get paid if you're not willing to learn more. So just having basic skills on the internet doesn't pay a lot of money. I mean, the highest I've heard is you can make, uh, maybe a couple of bucks an hour, five bucks at the Max, but you have to know where to find those jobs.

It's very hard to get paid $5 an hour for just basic human tasks. Robots, computers are taking over basic human tasks, jobs that are involved with the computer. So you need to have some sort of skill or you need to have some marketing or sales skills or whatever if you want to make it on the Internet. Again, if you, if your aspirations in life or to use basic human task, please unsubscribe from my channel and get off. I really only want people subscribing to me that I want to add value to the world. So forget about Amazon Mechanical Turk.

Let's look at the next thing. The other negative of starting an online business, you basically get no mentorship. Okay, now you have me, thankfully, you know I'm telling you about how you can start a business and I have a lot of videos on this channel which show you a step by step way of how you can start a business. Fortunately for you, most people aren't going to be willing to do any work based on what I'm showing you. So the law is, you know, maybe one in every thousand people who watch this video will ever actually put stuff into action. So you that law of numbers on your side. But again, you don't have somebody, I'm not going to go over to you and be like, Hey, let me look at what you're doing on the computer Little Buddy. And like, let me show you what you're doing wrong and why you're not making millions of dollars like I am. I'm not going to be that person and you're not going to find that from other YouTubers. Now you can interact with us in the comments and stuff like that, but if you're looking for that sort of hands-on mentor, that's really going to guide you, that's, that's going to call you on your shit.

When you know, let's say you were lazy, are you letting you know a girlfriend or a boyfriend? Take advantage of your time and get rid of your, your dreams or aspirations at work. A boss might call you on your shit. A boss might say, Hey, you're going to have to decide what you want because you can't go through life half-assing. You're not going to get people to call you on your shit. That's what a mentor is for and you're not going to get that on the Internet. You need to have all of your motivation, all your drive has to come within your self. Frankly, that's the biggest reason why most people aren't entrepreneurs is that they can't call themselves on their own shit and they let life and circumstances and things and sicknesses and whatever get in their way to actually pursue the dream here.

So those are the pros and cons of starting an internet business. Now, if you want to learn more about how to be an affiliate marketer or go into e-commerce make sure you subscribe to my channel and you will see my free course on how to be an affiliate marketer and start earning commissions online. Now, if you enjoy this video, make sure to subscribe and like, and comment, please let me know. Did you learn anything from this video? Did this bring up any new ideas in your head? I'd love to hear because I hear so many people talking about the pros, but not the negatives. And I look forward to seeing you on my next video. I talk a lot about how you can start your own Internet business and I hope it helps you.

What Is EPC In Affliate Marketing?

What Is EPC In Affliate Marketing? Master marketer, John Crestani, gives a down to earth tutorial.

Dude, affiliate marketing just has all these crazy terms like EPC, which I've no idea what it means. Well, John, we'll show you me will show you what EPC means and I'll also be showing you some examples, not examples. They're real-life data from my actual affiliates of my program of what their EPCS actually are. Check it out.

So EPC is a common term that's used in affiliate marketing. It's a very important term and it's one that a lot of people look at to determine how effective their marketing is. What it stands for is earnings per click. It for every click you send to the product, how much do you earn? And the reason why EPC is such an invoke kind of acronym is that most advertising, the one metric you have most under your control is how much you're spending per click. A lot of affiliates are spending money on advertising, on Google, Facebook, youtube, Twitter, Instagram, snapchat, whatever. And the cost per click, the cost you spend per click is very much in your control because on your side you control how much you're spending on advertising and you control. Generally speaking, the presale page, the landing page, if you're more advanced. Why is it important to know your EPC though?

Let's say I know that the average earnings per click of an affiliate for a product I'm promoting, let's say I'm promoting a, I'm getting solar leads. I'll have my assistant link it here. There's a playlist I have with some very hidden videos from my friends, Carlos Cruz and Ronnie Sandlin, multimillionaire affiliates, it's called The Art of Copywriting. And I'll try to have my people link it there. If you don't get it there, you can just subscribe to my channel and you get some free playlists. But Solar Leads, let's say I'm advertising Solar Leads and I know that most affiliates are earning about 75 cents per click. Maybe I saw a case study and they're earning 75 cents per click. As an affiliate, I know I shouldn't be spending much more than 75 cents per click or else I'm not going to make money. I'm not going to be profitable. So that's a number in my control.

So if I earn 75 cents per click on average, if that's what other affiliates are seeing, I don't want to spend more than this number. It's a good heuristic to measure your advertising by. Now let's go on my computer and I'll show you some of the EPC of my top affiliates for my, my program on Clickbank called the super affiliate system. So I just read, decided I'm actually going to show you another great example before I show you my own EPCs some CPA offers on the Affiliate Network. Just so happen to have this up. So this is a CPA network and over here you'll see they have top offers, okay, they have all the top offers listed and they also have the EPC. So I'm going to zoom in on that. And what we see here is the top offers on the Affiliate Network, are crypto, pay per call, diets CBD.

And you'll see the EPCs, which means the earnings per click. What this network is doing is it's taking the earnings per click and it's averaging it out amongst their affiliates. Now you'll see the top EPC for Crypto is $10.23 cents per click. That's a lot of money. That being said, it's extremely hard to advertise these offers. Facebook and Google and youtube and Instagram and Twitter. None of those networks allow you to advertise. Any of these offers that you see on Affiliate. So in order to advertise these offers, you have to be way more creative. That's way beyond the scope of what I talk about here. And actually, I don't even recommend you do this sort of affiliate marketing because you have to bend some rules or laws to do it. But that gives you an idea of the high point of EPCs.

And you'll see the EPCs range all the way up from $10 to $2. The people that are advertising these offers also, it's more advanced. They're using landing pages. So this isn't actually the cost per click from an ad. This is actually the earnings per click. They've already gone through a series of other pages beforehand. It gets more complicated, not going to go in to explain it.

So here are some results from my own program and you'll see the earnings per click varies wildly based on what sort of traffic or where that traffic is coming from. So these are all affiliates that were paid by me last month and as you'll see here affiliate sent over 1 million visits to my product on Clickbank last month. And the overall average, because I get a lot of spam traffic, a lot of people send spam traffic was 13 cents EPC.

But if you'll notice all of the affiliates that are getting sales are getting earnings per click around somewhere between $2 to $10. There are some flukes in here, I don't know how this was caused, but in Clickbank, they don't call it a click. They call it a hop. So it's actually EPH I guess (Earnings Per Hop). And you'll see it says the initial sales amount divided by the hop count. Now the reason why affiliates promote my program is that I do very well at monetizing, my traffic. People make a lot of money if they're advertising my pro program on Clickbank. And you'll see here, for instance, Cipherst, they sent 500 clicks and they made on average about $6.42 cents per click. You'll see Gnomein sent a thousand clicks, thousand, hundred and made on average $3.40 cents per click. You'll see Evpstud made on average $4.58 cents per click then you see Phendfoma sent 5,000 clicks and made $4,000 on average a buck per click. But he made a lot of sales.

So you'll see this is some real data from my program. And you saw some real data from another person's program to give you an idea of the makeup of how affiliates, how much money you know, you should be seeing per click and just what it looks like to help you measure your advertising.

Oh man, that's complicated stuff. EPC is one of those technical affiliate terms. Now, if you really want to get into this industry, first off, I suggest you go through some of my playlists. I have some really cuddy affiliate marketing stuff and particularly look up my videos with Carlos Cruz, or just join my training course. If you're trying to get this deep affiliate marketing, I really suggest join my training course, but subscribe to the channel first and hit that notification bell so you can see future videos I'll be releasing on affiliate marketing and please leave a comment to let me know if there are any other topics you'd like me to address within affiliate marketing at a lot of knowledge, packed up here. Did a lot of marketing and I can help you guys out. See you soon.

Top 10 Successful Online Businesses

What are the Top 10 Successful Online Businesses?

So in this video, I'm going to be showing you the top 10 online businesses. I'm going to be laying them out for you on my whiteboard and then I'm going to show you an example of each one of these businesses here on my computer. Let's get it.

The first online business I'm going to be talking about is Amazon FBA. Amazon FBA is basically you're selling products on Amazon. All the products being sold on Amazon. Most of them are independent sellers. And I'll show you an example on my computer after we finish everything. Shopify drop shipping is having your own independent web store outside of Amazon, but still selling e-commerce products. E-commerce is running your own e-commerce store outside of Shopify or Amazon and selling products. Being an Affiliate is marketing other people's products and receiving a commission just by doing the marketing just by connecting the dots.

And the other types of businesses, I'm just doing them all is:
blogging or vlogging is being an influencer, is doing PR for people, is running a social media marketing agency, running software or an APP company and also being a freelancer. So let's check out on my computer.

Some of, I'll show you an example of each one of these. So the first thing I'm going to show you is e-commerce. Now if you go on amazon.com and if you scroll down to the very bottom right here, what you'll see is you'll see it says to make money with us and it says sell on Amazon. So you can sell products on Amazon. If you just click that and it'll show you, you know, you can sell a lot of products on Amazon. It costs 40 bucks a month, plus they take about 25% commission of whatever you sell. But that's a perfectly good way to get started. Now they have some information. They will show you all about how to get started selling, how to get your product seen by more shoppers, etc. Now one thing, and you can sign up right here to become an individual seller. See that or this button right here.

Now, the thing you have to know about selling on Amazon is generally speaking, you will need to spend about, be comfortable investing about $10,000 in products because Amazon will really only give your products preference if you have products already and you ship them to Amazon using what's their FBA program fulfillment by Amazon program, it's going to be hard to get started without FBA. Even if some people will try to say differently, you'll also need to get a lot of reviews if you don't have reviews of your product. If you're literally just starting from scratch, you'll need to have a way of getting reviews to your online store. So budget around, I mean at least $10,000 to get started if on selling Amazon and I would definitely budget money to invest in good training course such as amazing selling machine to learn how to sell on Amazon.
I have a free course on my youtube channel from one of my friends, a Tanner, J. Fox. If the click the link up here, I'm going to have my Filipino people put a link to that e-commerce, how to start any commerce business playlist.

So the next way to start a business is drop shipping using Shopify. So Shopify is a software, it allows you to start your own online e-commerce store, sort of like Amazon and host products on there. The way you will get the products is you'll again have to order them from China. In drop shipping's case you can, you don't necessarily need to order the products and advanced the whole concept of drop shipping is you can literally just buy the inventory on an as-needed basis. You can go sign up for drop shipping store and find some products that you will just slap your brand on and you'll sell them when somebody buys them.

Now the way you will get customers for a drop shipping business is you will have to spend money on Facebook ads unless you are going to do SEO or some other thing. The traditional way of getting doing the Shopify drop shipping business is Facebook Advertising to a targeted customer base. So let's say you're selling T-shirts that say I'm a nurse and I save lives or something like that. Some, you know like truckers do it better or something like that. You will target truckers on Facebook and you'll sell them your t-shirts, your mugs or whatever your mud flaps and you'll have your own custom logo or whatever on it. Again, then you can start a business cheaper than if you were to do Amazon FBA, but you'll still need, I would say a budget yourself about $5,000 for a training program for ads and for setting up your website and all that jazz. The little technical bits to get started with the Shopify drop shipping store.

The next sort of business you can start is just what I call straight e-commerce. Just e-commerce where you're actually selling products. Maybe you create a product and you want to sell it online and you're not using Shopify or Amazon. A great example of this is me undies MeUndies sells underwear on a subscription basis. They have a really fun brand. See Holy F—-ing softness I'm in heaven. They sell underwear. They use a lot of kind of like very desirable young people bodies to sell their underwear. And how they got started was they did Facebook ads but they actually got a lot of influencers involved. They would just send them free underwear and they'd say, or they'd ask them to create underwear for them and if they could take a picture of it and you see they have all sorts of logos on it.

See that's their brand their thing customizable under where there's, there's some really cool, Irish four-leaf clovers, here are some beavers, they've got all sorts of stuff heroes and polka dots. It's a fun brand and they were able to leverage people base influencers basically doing advertising for free. But what they had to invest was they invested a lot of money into basically reaching out to these people and creating free products until it just caught on and it's gone viral. They now have stores in many malls and it's a big brand now. So that's really cool. That was a kid from my college, actually.

The next business we talked about is affiliate marketing. It's a very broad sphere of things. You can sell other people's products and sell them almost anywhere. For me, I started out selling other people's products on Google, using Google ads to reach people and I was getting people to fill out information saying they were interested in investing in gold, you know, gold bars and stuff like that.

And I connected the dots there. The people didn't even buy anything they were just filling out their name, phone number and email address and I'd get paid about $2,000 per person who is interested in buying gold. That just connecting the dots there. Now you can advertise, you can be an affiliate marketer and advertise on Facebook, snapchat, Twitter. You can just post on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, youtube, whatever. That's how I make my money. And here's an example of an affiliate business. I just searched for the best diapers to buy. And you see this blog that says the 11 best diapers to buy in 2019 and you'll see they have all of these diapers listed with links to all these different diapers. And guess where their affiliate link is going to. These are all Amazon Affiliate links. If we look here, we'll see there's their affiliate link.

Okay, you see this? This is their id (very well family-20), that's their affiliate id. So that means anything you buy from this blog, they will make about 10% commissions on and they have a lot of links. See, they have to buy an Amazon buying Walmart. Anything you buy, anything you click on, on the site, they will make a commission on. And you'll see right up here at the top even disclaim it. They say we may receive commissions on purchases made from our chosen links. So that means this is an affiliate business. Now if you want to learn more about affiliate marketing, I have a playlist about how to get started with affiliate marketing. Somewhere at the top of this screen. Just look for the playlist or subscribe to my channel and go to the homepage. There's how to get started with affiliate marketing.

The next business you can do is the fifth business you can do online business is blogging or vlogging. And this is like my friend, Stefan James right here, he's a good looking guy. I'm from Vancouver and he blogs about self-actualization, about personal development. He's very big. We're both big into Tony Robbins and he talks about basically how to get the right mindset and transform your life. And His blog is called Project Life Mastery. He just started blogging about how he was trying to transform his life and he's been doing so for years and he makes millions of dollars a year at this point, blogging and vlblogging. And he does the combination, which is very powerful. He blogs and he has a big vlog. He has 692,000 subscribers on his youtube and over the years he's gotten a lot of followers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

You see comes out with blogs every day and he just has, you know, is it too late to start on youtube affiliate marketing tutorial, so he's making money through affiliate marketing. You can also make money by putting up ads. I'm just allowing Google to show ads, but you make more money doing affiliate marketing. But he's a very good blogger and he's also really committed to making a difference. I would suggest you follow his channel on youtube. I'll have me, my Philipino people put up a link somewhere, you know, look, he's already built 12 schools. He's donated enough money to build 12 schools in some poor places.

The sixth business model I mentioned is being an Influencer. Now here's an example of an Influencer. His name is Jay Alvarez. Also another really just model specimen human being. But he makes his money by posting up basically pictures of his abs on Instagram, getting lots of followers. And he does deals with brands. You see, here's, here's a company, a Douche bags, which I've actually bought a lot of Douchebags because he recommended that I have bought like all my luggage is Douchebags now because he recommended them. He's a cool guy and he does deals with brands. Brands will pay him maybe like a quarter of a million dollars to Instagram and blog about their stuff, whatever clothing gear it is. It's a luggage company made by other YouTubers. So it's all, everything's getting in the mixed. But the point is he's helping sell these backpacks. I fell for it. I bought like $2,000 worth of Douchebags because I thought it's cool and it sounds cool. And my wife calls me a Douchebag. So I was like, look, make sense. He gets about a quarter million dollars per deal or more.

Now the seventh business model I was talking about is PR, publicity or public relations. This is an example of somebody who's hitting me up. It's a group called the Oracles. It says a mastermind of top entrepreneurs. And we're looking at we are in entrepreneur.com. You see that right there and their business model is they get entrepreneurs to pay them anywhere from $5000 to $25,000 to feature them on big magazines like entrepreneurs. So you'll see we have a couple people here, we have Roberto Orci and you have Tai Lopez right here. Look at that. So Tia Lopez, you know shelling out money to be featured, you know, in places. You have Tia Lopez, you have Kevin Harrington, you have Com Mirza, etc. And that's basically the Oracles group is, you know, putting up content on entrepreneur, different fast company, different online magazines, and their clients. They're getting people like Tia Lopez to say, hey, yeah, I'll, I want to be featured in Entrepreneur. I'll give you some money. So they'll pay them money to get PR.

The eighth business model that I mentioned is starting a social media marketing agency. This is a company that I actually I was actually working with the Co-founder of this company. We, we sorta started this company. These are both friends of mine that run this ad agency. I didn't want to run an ad agency after I was doing affiliate marketing and I wanted to travel the world, but basically, some of my best friends work at this company, trained some of the people here, some good friends of mine run it and they do Facebook ads for companies. They have about 140 people working for them. They just started a few years ago. Point being it's a big, big agency, a great agency at Facebook ads. They get clients like the La Times or ring or the Chicago Tribune or MeUndies to pay them.
They get them to pay them anywhere from $5000 to $50,000 per month to manage their, their advertising for them. And they have their employees manage their advertising. So that's a very lucrative business and you can make a lot of money doing that.

The ninth business I mentioned is starting a software company. Now here's a software company started by my friend Carlos Cruz. Carlos Cruz is a prolific and very successful online, actually affiliate marketer. This is a side business of his, he's an amazing copywriter. English isn't his first language and he does about $2 million per month as an affiliate marketer. Now if you want to learn more about what Carlos does and learn about copywriting, I'm going to have my assistant post the link somewhere up here to a video series where you can watch Carlos as he writes and creates ads. Now he runs a big business as well, running a software company. This is a click track, called click tool and he gets people to pay him on a subscription basis for his click tracking tool. So basically the more people use his software, the more money he makes. So a really good thing. And oh here's a testimonial from me that's funny, but he runs a really cool software company and he makes money doing it.

And the 10th business model for creating an online business is being a freelance. You can be a freelancer doing independent video editing, writing work, sales work, marketing work, accounting work, legal work, whatever. Work on upwork.com and you can see you can hire freelancers or you can simply be a freelancer on this side. If you just click how it works right up here, and then you go to, if you're freelancing, it'll show you instructions on how to get started working as skilled labor, freelance skilled labor online. So that's it.

Boom, that is 10 business models. I showed you examples of all 10( Amazon, Shopify, E-commerce, Affiliate, Blog, Vblog, Influencer, PR, Social Media Marketing Agency, Software freelancing). You have. Go out there and do it and I hope you enjoyed this video. This was a lot to put together. Please give me a big like for compiling all this and if you want to see more in-depth information and skills and tactics about how to make money doing this. I talked mostly specifically about affiliate marketing. Subscribe to my channel, and you're going to get a free course on how to do affiliate marketing just for subscribing, and please leave a comment, let me know what was the business model that is most appealing to you to start online.

What Is Voluum?

What in the heck is Voluum anyway? John Crestani, the master affiliate marketer, explains…

In this video, I'll be going over and explaining to you what Voluum the click tracking software is? From the perspective of an experienced affiliate marketer. And I'll be walking you through on my computer, all the different features and the abilities that Voluum has to help you make more money as an affiliate marketer.

So Voluum is a, what's called a click tracking software, or they call it ad tracking software. It allows you to really get more layers of information on how every single click on your ad or your ads are performing and allows you to optimize and make more money from your advertising by figuring out where your ads are going or what ads are out there that aren't making you money and what ads are making you money. And by being able to cut the red and grow the green, you'll be able to systematically make more money in your business. Now I'm in the business of affiliate marketing, meaning my business is driven by placing ads and hoping that I earn more money in commissions from the ads I put out than I do in spending them. So if I spend $100 I want to make $200 but in order to do that, I need to figure out which of my ads was most effective.

Which of the devices I put my ads on were most effective, whether it was desktop, laptop, or mobile devices. And I need to really go deep into the data. I need to split test different web pages to see what's working the best. You need to split test different ads. I need to split test different funnels. I need to split test different products I'm selling, and all of these layers of information can really build up and it becomes a job unto itself to really figure out what's working effectively. But this is how I've made my money. I haven't been, I haven't done anything creative in affiliate marketing to make the millions of dollars that I've made. If you want to learn how to be creative in affiliate marketing, you can go, I'm going to have my assistant put a playlist to what I call the art of copywriting from my friends Ronnie Sandlin and Carlos Cruz who are multimillion dollar affiliate marketers.

But I'm just going to be talking about optimizing here. So Voluum is software. It looks like this. It allows you to see your campaigns and your ads and your traffic sources on the next level. Now if you don't know what I'm talking about right now, this is all advanced affiliate marketing strategy. If you want to learn the basics of affiliate marketing, I'm putting a link to my playlist, which is Affiliate Marketing One and One and it's a free course that I have teaching you about the basics of affiliate marketing. Go there if you don't understand what I'm talking about.
Now as an affiliate marketer, I am always advertising lots of places. I advertise on Facebook, Google, youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and I have multiple versions of my ads running on all these places at once. Now I need a central dashboard to track all my campaigns in one place and that's what Voluum is. Also in my business, I have multiple ad agencies that are controlling my traffic at anyone. Time. Voluum allows me to have my media buyers compete or my ad agencies compete against each other. See what each other is doing so that they can compete. And also I can have visibility into who's doing the best, who are performing the best and making me the most money. And what Voluum also does is allows me to optimize and see what web pages and split test different landing pages to see if something is working better.

Different messages have different effects on people. If I went up to 10 girls in the bar and I said, oh, what beautiful eyes you have, I could just get lost in those eyes and swim around in that deep blue sea if I said that to 10 girls. And then if I said a different message, 10 other girls saying something like, Hey, this place is super boring. What brings you here? Do you want to be here by the way? I'm going to the bar right now. I could try two different totally different messages and see what has more of an effect. The answer is, I don't know in those scenarios, I've been out of the dating game so long, but I'd want to split test those messages. And you can do it very easily using Voluum or marketing.

You'll see the people that work with Voluum are in a couple of different categories. Affiliates, performance agencies in house media, buyers these are the main segments of people that work with Voluum. Now I'm going to go over a few different, Look at this they actually have a testimonial from you right there. So Voluum helped grow me from $1 million a year to $3 million a year.
That's so funny. I'm friends with the owner of Voluum. It's a pretty big company though. So let's go inside Voluum. So Voluum is not cheap, not a cheap software as you see here. It ranges from $300 a month to $1,500 a month. So it's definitely not cheap and it's not software I recommend you are new to performance advertising or direct response marketing, affiliate marketing, whatever you want to call it, this is more of an advanced solution. Once you are profitably making consistent amounts of money in marketing, this is a great tool to use to grow your income.
I'm going to explain each of these different items here so that you have an idea of what it involves. Some of these things are advanced. Once again, I'm going to link to my affiliate marketing basics course in the cards here because if you don't know what I'm talking about, you need to learn the basics of affiliate marketing and you need to have a consistent income before you even get to software such as this.

Now included events. What does this mean? Are clicks okay. How many events that are being tracked such as clicks and conversions. Most of you are not going to be sending more than 3 million clicks per month. It's a lot of cliques and you've got to be doing some pretty hefty Voluum. That's why he's called Voluum to do more than 3 million clicks a month. Now traffic distribution AI means that there is artificial intelligence within Voluum that will automatically make sure that the best performing ads, the ones that are making you the most money, the most green, that the best performing ads and landing pages are getting the majority of your traffic. Again, if you're managing five different traffic sources and you're managing 10 campaigns on each traffic source, you have 50 campaigns running for a solopreneurs such as myself. It would be maddening to try to optimize everything on my own all the time, but having artificial intelligence kind of a machine learning, direct traffic to the best ads in each area makes it much easier and allows you to leverage your time.

Workspaces are not sure what these are shared reports, not totally sure what these are additional users. What that means is if you have media buyers, if you have other people working under you that are buying ads such as myself, who have multiple agencies that are buying ads on my behalf, each of them will get their own login so that they can manage their advertising.
Direct tracking pixel means that you can track your advertising without having to have redirects. Now one of the big problems if you get started in affiliate marketing or if you are started that you'll know is that redirecting traffic. It's a big problem. You can't direct link meaning can't send people directly to affiliate offers on Google, youtube or Facebook. I don't know why, but they don't like people being redirected. They view that as a problem that can be abused. So you'll want to use pixels, meaning there little pieces of code you put on your site to track if people landed on your website and also track other sorts of data such as their user agent, their device, their IP address, their ISP, their geography, etc.

Now you'll notice you also get custom domains with this meaning can set your tracking to go through multiple different domains. If you're advertising multiple different verticals, this would be very helpful for you. And other things you get are just, data history in this case you get six months of data history if you have a regular plan. And that should be planning. Again, if you are looking to get started with Voluum definitely recommend you check it out.

There are other tools out there that are pretty good too. I know my friend started a company called Click tool, which is another click tracker. And other click trackers include Magic. The free tracker is very difficult to install and that's called Prosper tracking 2 0 2. So those are other options that you can look into if you're looking for cheaper options.

Now I hope you learned a little bit about Voluum which is a click tracking tool in this video. Now, please leave a comment if this was helpful at all or if this was just way over your head, way too advanced of a topic for you. Make sure to like this video and either case if you learned anything and subscribe to my channel if you'd like to see more information about affiliate marketing and how to an income online.

How To Get Clients For Social Media Agency

Ever Wonder How To Get Clients For Social Media Agency? John Crestani gives you an in depth tutorial of how to get started today.

There's a lot of people talking about starting your own social media marketing agency is a great way to make money, but in this video, I'm going to show you how you can get clients for your social media agency and how you can grow your business that way.

So the first step in getting clients for your social media agency is first identifying who your clients are and where they hang out. Whether you're looking to post for people organically on Facebook or post for people on Facebook ads or manage people's snapchats, whatever it is, start with an idea in mind of who you want your clients to be. Do you want them paying you $5,000 a month? Do you want them paying you $500 a month? Do you want them paying you $50,000 a month? Now, most of you watching this video right now would not be comfortable getting clients at $50,000 a month. Most of you wouldn't even know what to do with $50,000 a month. Most of you would change your habits and be a different person. If you got $50,000 a month. But my point is you need to know what you want and you need to know what clients you need to go after to make that happen.

So for instance, some good places to start are, I like to think of things in terms of conferences. Now if you want to be doing social media for YouTubers, let's say I'm looking for a person right now to manage my Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin accounts and youtube like posting just to post the free content up. I'm looking for somebody to do that. Let's say you wanted to work with Youtubers. Where might you go? Go to VidCon if there is a conference about it, that's a great place to be. If you want to work with big sales based organizations, let's say you come from a sales-based organization, go to Dreamcon. Dreamcon is the Convention for people that companies that use Salesforce. Salesforce is a big CRM that sales companies use. Another example is funnel hacking. If you like doing funnels and marketing and all that sort of stuff, you could go, you could have gone where me and Nate just where, which is called Funnel Hacking Live and it was 5,000 people at a conference.

Learning to how to sell more things online, identify where the people you're hanging out at. For instance, I met one company who's running a social media agency at funnel hacking live. They paid $3,000 for a booth in the networking area. They just got a little, you know, booth about this big and they were telling people information about their company and they paid $3,000 and they had 38 people express interest in their $5,000 package. If they get one person, that's a good return on investment. If they get two people, they've tripled the investment that they put into things. If they close two of those 38 people that they met at the conference, now if they get more than $5000 from those customers, they can make even more money. But the point being nowhere your people are, know exactly where they hang out.

Don't just say they hang out on Google. Don't just say they hang out on Facebook. Know what they're looking for. Know what they're interested in. Know where they're hanging. No, no. Everything about them. Know what magazines they read. The best place I suggest is, I think conventions are great places or conferences, but niche conferences, niche conventions are a great place to find clients.

The second thing you need to do is outreach. Now reaching out to people is an activity that is so important. Obviously, it's going to be the foundation of anything you do in any business. If you're selling anything for me, I'm constantly outreaching to people by creating ad campaigns.

I'm an affiliate marketer, by the way. If you want to learn more about what I do now, I used to run an ad agency. I've, I'm an affiliate marketer now you can find, I'll have my assistant post the link somewhere up here to get my free course on affiliate marketing. Or You could just subscribe to my channel.

But if you want to outreach to people, you have to, you know, you have to message them where they are and you can go on upwork.com and you can send out proposals. What I did when I started my ad agency is I put out, sent out 20 proposals every day. I sent out a proposal to a company that was interested in ad management. Didn't matter if I was sick. It didn't matter if my girlfriend wants to hang out. It didn't matter if my dog needed to go for a walk and I would, you know how to meet up with a buddy for his birthday party. It didn't matter. I sent out 20 a day and I did it in the morning because that's how you get more clients.

I did outreach, but again, it depends on who you want to work with. Let's say you want to work with celebrities to reach celebrities to manage their social media would not be Upwork. Celebrities aren't on Upwork. Is it on email? Celebrities don't check their email that often that they get a million emails. Would it be Facebook? No, they have a million fans hitting them up on Facebook. The best place to message a celebrity or an influencer would it be on like Instagram or something? Send them a direct message, like some of their photos first or hearts, some of their things, comment on some of their photos and then you know, send them a message one day and be like, you know, that would be a much more effective place to get in touch with a, let's say an influencer for instance.

But let's say you wanted to do social media management for affiliate marketers or for digital marketers. Probably the best place to hit up most of us would be on Skype. We're all using Skype. You just Google my name on Skype and you'll find me immediately. A lot of marketers are using Skype and they're using it for business. Again, celebrities are using Instagram for business. It's a good place to communicate business opportunities to them. They're not using email as much to communicate business opportunities. Even if you got ahold of a celebrity text or phone number, they're not doing business all the time on maybe text, or maybe that might jar them too much. The point is doing outreach to people where it matters where they're doing business. I'm doing business on Skype. A lot of influencers are doing business on, on Instagram. Hey saw you at Soho House in West Hollywood in Weho you still there, let's meet up whatever, stuff like that.

The next step is you want to measure everything. If you are not measuring how many people you reach out to, how many potential clients you are reaching out to each day, you're dumb. Okay, you have to measure. If you are running a serious business, you need to measure how many people you're reaching out to each day because to grow a business with multiple employees and whatever you need to be seen. How many people do you reach out to? Maybe if it's not each day, if it's each week or if it's not each week. Let's say we're working with larger clients that are more long term. Maybe it's each month, but have some sort of measurement of how many people you are reaching out to each day, week or month.

In my case, I said I was sending out 20 proposals per day. I was always reaching out to 20 people per day. When I was running ad campaigns, I made sure I posted up five ad campaigns a week. When I started growing my affiliate program for my products, I made sure I was reaching out to 25 people a day. Numbers don't change that much, but I make sure I do stuff consistently until I'm hitting the numbers in my business to where I want to be at. Keep a spreadsheet, keep a Google doc, keep it on your phone, keep it on your computer. It's the same. You'll get that consistency and you do it in the morning and you will eventually get clients. One caveat to all of this here is I'm not going to teach you how to do sales right now. Sales are communication or however you communicate with people to close a deal.

I don't have enough time to teach you sales and negotiation and all that jazz. A lot of that has to do with confidence, with knowing that you have something of value to offer people with all these different things. And that's a whole other topic. If you want me to talk more about that topic, write it in the comments and maybe I'll, maybe I'll do a video on how to do sales or negotiations sometimes. I don't like sales and negotiation. That's why I do marketing. You know, I'm behind the curtain. I never actually have to interact with people. That being said, I've been running my own business. I have to do sales sometimes. And I would say a lot of it has to do with confidence, frankly, that you're offering value to the world.

The last ‘O' stands for outsourcing to get clients. What's going to happen and what happened to me in my ad agency, the more clients I got, because I did these things, identified who my clients were identified, where they hung out, I hung around them. I did outreach them 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day. I measured everything. I measure how effective my messages were, my price points were everything that I did I measured how effective it was and I optimized it over time. What happens is you get better at this, great things happen. You'll start getting more clients and you'll start getting more business and you'll start getting more business than you can handle. Great deal, right? Let's say you're like most people where you have a number that you want to be in life. Let's say that number is $10,000 a month. There will be some days where you'll get months above that.

You'll be being paid $15,000 a month and you'll think, wow, it's great. I've all these clients that pay me monthly, I'm going to give extra, I'm going to get better gifts for everybody for Christmas. I'm going to treat my family to a vacation. I'm going to buy a car that's $100 more a month than I thought I should spend. What will happen is you'll stop doing as much outreach. What's the first thing that goes? You say I'm making $15,000 a month. Why do I need to identify who my people are? Why do I need to do outreach anymore? I already have all the money, all the business that I want. I got stuck in this trap too, right? So you stopped doing those things. You stop measuring and slowly but surely clients start to leave. You know, ebbs and flows in the economy.

Things happen. Companies go out of business and you're stuck having to go start from scratch again. That sucks. What you want to do is when you're doing that 15,000 a month, start taking that extra money. You're making an outsource some of the Labor or hire people, you can hire people. There are so many people out there that want jobs and what's great is we, America is the job creator for the entire rest of the world. We create jobs not only in America but in the entire rest of the world. It's one of our gifts to the world. It's part of our destiny. So we create more jobs. You can outsource it or, hire it out to people you can keep growing your business because if you get away from getting clients, your business will start failing and stop making as much money.

So reinvest in your business. Take that extra 5,000 a month you're making and just put it back into your business. Then get up to 20,000 a month. Put that 10,000 a month back in your business. And before you know it, you'll be doing $50,000 a month or more. I'm doing pretty big numbers in my business now and I can't even invest all of it back into my business even if I wanted to at this point, cause I just don't have the time to find the places to put it. So that's how you get clients. That is speaking from experience. I started my own Ad Agency when I was 24 years old. I worked for an ad agency, but within a few months of starting my own agency Ad Agency, I got up to $50,000 a month and for the next year or two I guess I ebbed and flowed between $25000 to $50,000 a month.

For about two years. I was in between these two points. I just went up and down, up and down in this cycle, right? I'd get more clients than I knew what to do with it. Then I stopped doing outreach and I'd lose him. I was able to break that pattern. I broke that pattern by getting into a business called affiliate marketing just because I liked marketing. It's not for everyone, but, I'm actually an introvert by nature sometimes. But the point being, I hope this was helpful for you.

so please leave a comment and let me know what you enjoyed the most. What was it, identification or outreach or measurement or outsourcing that mattered the most to you? I'd really like to know because I mean, this is actually a really personal subject for me. This was my, my story. This is how I got started in the social media agencies and also liked this video.
